Met according to adjournment.

Report on the order of the 19th January as to quantity of land necessary to furnish the Revolutionary Officers' Soldiers &c, was read & accepted in concurrence.

Resolve in favor of John W Adams, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve in favor of Henry L Noyes, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve in favor of Samuel Baker was read once and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading

Bill - An Act to annex a tract of land to Waldo Plantation, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10' oclock, assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - An Act concerning Hallowell Academy was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed as amended by striking out the Preamble. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Proprietors of the Goose River Mill Company, was amended in concurrence with the Senate as on sheet annexed masked A and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Castine Steam Mill Company, was amended in concurrence with the Senate, as on sheet annexed marked A, and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.
