� State of Maine... Hancock SS Castine June 16th 1821

I Philo H. Washburn of Frankfort in the County aforesaid the Guardian of Hatevil Colson of said Frankfort duly appointed to that trust by the Hon Judge of Probate +c for the County aforesaid a copy of said letter of Guardianship is hereunto annexed -- Do hereby certify that Hatevil Colson aforesaid is the iden-tical Hatevil Colson named in the original cer-tificate in my profession a copy of which is as follows - viz

" No. 16,418. War Department. Revolu-tionary claims -- I certify that in conformity with the law of the United States of the 18th of March 1818 Hatevil Colson of Frankfort Dist't of Maine late a Private in the army of the Revolution in-scribed on the Pension list Roll of the District of Maine agency at the rate of eight dollars per month to commence on the fourteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and nineteen -- Given at the war office of the United States their thirty first day of January one thousand eight hundred and twenty. And I do further certify that to my certain knowl-edge the said Hatevil Colson was a resident cit-izen of the United States on the 18th of March 1818 and that had not at that time or since
