� I Silas Coolidge being dependent on the bounty of my country for the support of myself and Family if it be ne-cessary for me to exhibit any for the proof of [?] than is contained in the Schedule herewith I will add that having had much sickness in my Family I owe to the several Physicians I have employed about forty dollars - to Sam'l Dutton 11 Dolls Sylvester Murphy 10$ + sundry small [?] of account say 30$ amount-ing in all to more than Ninety Dollars - which debts I have no means of discharging at present I suffered much during the three years I served my Country in the Revolutionary war -- and have had much of adverse fortune since so that I am now unable to subsist without the aid of pub-lic or private charity. his Silas [mark] Coolidge mark Witness Moses I. We the undersigned Inhabitants of Trenton do certify as our opinion that the value of Silas Coolidge's Property in the annexed schedule is of the value of the seventy seven dollars 50/100 and that we have no doubts of the insolvency of S. Coolidge. Nahum Foster Daniel Foster
