Mr Holt of Bluehill has leave of absence from and after Saturday next, during the remainder of the session.

Remonstrance of Joseph Holland & others of Canton & vicinity against granting the Imbagog Dam Company was read & referred to the Committee on Interior Waters. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of James W. Webster was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve for the relief of Solomon Littlefield, was read a second time & referred to the Committee on State Land with instructions to report a statement of facts. Sent up for concurrence.

Memorial of Reuel Williams & others for a Rail Road from Bangor to Augusta and thence to Portland - was read & referred in concurrence to the Committee on Rail Roads & Canals.

Report a petition of John Carver & others, granting leave to withdraw was read & accepted in concurrence.

Bill - An Act authorizing dam at Neguasset Creek, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
