Frankfort, Aug. 7th 1865

Gen. Hodsdon

Sir will you please send me a certificate of the muster of Waldo P. Stevens with that of his discharge & death as found in your report of 1863 bottom of 117 page Appendix D.

I ask it as a request from the Pension officer, as they inform me that his name does not appear on the rolls of Co G 2nd Maine on file there.
