Above you have the address and physiography of Joseph W. Chamberlain of this city. Mr. Chamberlain is a young man of capacity, ability and patriotism, about 24 years of age, and was one of the first persons in this city who volunteered for the defense of our country. He left a situation, which was paying him two dollars per day
