Dear Sir, I am still here striving to get restoration to my place but I find it a slow proc-ess. By advise of Hon. E.B. French I write to know if you could not find it consistent with your position to say that you see no objections to my restoration to my former position, knowing as you do the circumsta-nces of my displacement.
