The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed Bill in addition to the several acts for the preservation of Salmon, Shad and alewives in the Penobscot River and its tributary Streams,

-"- to establish the Bangor Female Orphan Asylum,

-"- in addition to an act entitled an act to secure to owners their property in logs, masts, spars and others lumber,

-"- to provide for the repair of highways in certain unincorporated townships,

-"- to incorporate the Thomaston Meadow Lime Rock Company,

-"- additional for the punishment of felonies assaults and attempts to poison,

-"- additional to promote the sale and settlement of the Public lands.

Bill to authorize the cession of Jurisdiction and real estate to the United States in certain cases was read the second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.
