[proposition for a convention to fill vacancies in Senate.] Mr. Foxcroft, came with a message from the Senate, to inform this House that the Senate propose the forming of a convention of both Houses this day, at half past ten o'clock; for the purpose of electing four Senators to fill the vacancies at the Senate Board.
[agreed to &c] Mr. Virgin of Rumford, was requested to inform the Senate of the concurrence of this House with the proposal of the Senate.
Ordered, that the three front seats be assigned for the accomodation of the Senate while in Convention with this House.
