[Committee to consider if expedient to have special Session of CCCPs in Oxford County &c] Ordered, that Mr Virgin of Rumford, Mr Shaw of Newport, and Mr Francis of Leeds, be a committee to take into consideration the expediency of authorizing Justices of the Circuit Court of Common Please for the first Eastern Circuit to hold a special Session in the County of Oxford with leave to report by Bill or otherwise.

[Committee-- How vacancies shall be made known & filled, of members, during recess.] Ordered, that the Committee who had under consideration the rules and orders of the House be directed to report in what manner the resignation of any member or other vacancy may be made known, when it takes place in the recess and what notice the Town or Class where the vacancy exists should have thereof.
