associated to form a special Company in the Town of Wins- low and its vicinity, to assemble at such time and place as he shall appoint, for the purpose of electing a Captain and two Lieutenants for said Company; which Company being now established, is to be denominated & considered the Winslow Artillery of the second Brigade. Colonel Lithgow will please to preside at the Election, & make return of the persons elected, to the Brigadier-General.
