Sent up for concurrence.

Report on pet. of Tim Woodward + others of Wilton The committee, on the petition of Timothy Woodward + others committee of the town of Wilton to incorporate certain persons as Trustees of the ministerial Fund in said town, reported leave to bring in a bill. The reported accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

Major General 1st divis-ion + Message from the Senate by Mr Sewall their Secretary. Mr speaker, The Senate have nonconcurred the House in their election of Genl simon Nowell to fill the vacancy in the office of Mayor General of the 1st Division and on their part have elected Brig. Genl John McDonald and request the concurrence of the House. and the Secretary withdrew —
