[C.C.C. Pleas. committee discharged.] Ordered that the vote concurring with the Senate in committing that part of the Governors Message relating to the Circuit Court of Common Pleas to a joint committee &c, be reconsidered & the Committee appointed on the part of the House discharged.

[same subject.] A motion was made that the House non-concur with with the Senate in appointing a committee upon that part of the Governors Message relating to the Circuit-Court of Common Pleas - after some desultory debate on the subject, on motion of Mr. Adams of Portland, Ordered that the further consideration of the same be posponed [postponed] to Monday next at 11 o'clock.

[Compensation to Secy of Senate and Clerk of House of Representatives.] Ordered, That the Committee appointed to superintend and control the incidental expences of the Legislature the present session be directed to enquire and report what further compensation shall be allowed to the Secretary of the Senate to the Clerk of the House of Representatives respectively for their services in making up their journals and arranging their papers of the last session. In Senate Jany 13th 1821. Read and passed. Send down for concurrence. Read and concurred.

[Committee - compensation to James Bridge, Albert Newhall & Wm Swan] Ordered, that Messrs Gage and Witham with such as the House may join be a committee to consider what shall be allowed to James Bridge, Albert Newhall and William Swan, Esqrs a Committee appointed by a Resolve of the Legislature to examine into the affairs of certain Banks in this
