Bill - cede jurisdiction of Dennets Island. Bill to cede to the United States the jurisdiction of Dennets Island ss called in Piscataquis river was read a 1st + 2nd time + 10 oclock tomorrow assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - excise on Attornies. Bill establishing the duties to be paid by attornies was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended at A, B + C — Sent up for concurrence.

Leave of absence Mr Burr of Litchfield had leave of absence until Saturday next.
