Report of the committee appointed by Resolve of the Legislature to consider the expediency of erecting a States prison within this State and to report a place for its location, came from the Senate referred to the committee on so much of the Governor message as relates to the punishment of convicts - and directing 400 copies to be printed - for concurrence and the House concurred.
