Gay of Farmington and Mussey of Standish be a Committee to take into consideration what alterations, if any are necessary to be made in the laws relating to Poor Debtors with leave to report by Bill on otherwise Read and passed.

Committee of the House to whom was referred the Bill entitled [Bill - Portsmouth Bridge] "An Act to incorporate the proprietors of Portsmouth Bridge" report that this house concur in the amendments proposed by the Senate at A, B, C, Aa, E, O, G & H &. nonconcur the amendment at F and also concur with the Senate in their amendment at D with an amendment.
