[Counsellors acceptance] A communication from Isaac Lane, Mark Harris and James McLellan, Counsellors elect, signifying their acceptance, was received and read.

[Of Industry —] [of Mercer —] Remonstrances — of the town of Industry against the election of John Gower the member returned from the class composed of Industry, Starks & Mercer — & — also of the Town of Mercer upon the same subject were severally read and referred to the committee on elections.

[Inhabs. of Hebron - order of notice -] The report of the committee on the petition of the Inhabitants of Hebron, granting an order of notice accepted in the Senate, came down for concurrence — and the House concurred —
