Bill "respecting Boats and Lighters employed in transporting Stone gravel and sand within this State" being reported without amendments. Read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - Libraries]

Bill "to enable the proprietors of Social, Military and Law Libraries to manage the same" In Senate Jany 17th 1821 Read and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 12 o clock assigned for a 3d reading and committed to Messrs. Smith of Wiscasset Francis of Leeds and Nourse of Orrington.

[Bill - sale of goods at auction]

Bill from the Senate "to regulate the sale of goods at public auction." Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 11 o clock assigned for a 3d reading and committed to Messrs Abbot of Castine, Scammon of Saco and Miller of St. George.
