[Convention to qualify Counsellors proposed.]

Message from the Senate by Mr Smith their Secretary, Mr Speaker, The Senate propose a convention of both Houses in the Representatives Chamber at 12 oclock this day for the purpose of administering the oaths of Office to Jonathan Farran [?] Esq. Counsellor elect. The House concurred & the Clerk was requested to acquaint the Senate therewith.
