Resolves - State Colours Musical instruments - The Resolves "respecting State Colours + Musical instruments-ments" which passed this House the 6th inst. came from the Senate in a new draft, for the concurrence of the House - and the House concurred.

Report on pet. of David Barrett The committee on the petition of Daniel Barrett - reported a reference to the next Legislature. The report was accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve - indices to Journal of Senate and House On motion, Mr Grovesnor had leave to lay on the table a Resolve "providing for indices to the journals of the Senate and House of Representatives" - which was read twice + passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Report of Committee of Conference Bill "to inc[?]ate Bucksport - Ministerial Fund The committee of conference appointed on the part of the House on the subject of referring the Bill "to incorpor-porate the Trustees of the Bucksport Ministerial Fund" to the next Legislature - reported that it is expeditor-ient for the House still to adhere to their vote referring to concur the Senate in said reference.
