[Resolve on pet. of Thos. Clark] Resolve, on the petition of Thomas Clark — read twice and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Petition - Israel Millet & others] — Thomas Patten Petitions - of Israel Millet & others of Bowdoinham to be annexed to Bowdoin — & of Thomas Patten of Newburg to be annexed to Hampden — were severally read and referred to the committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

[Petition - of John Hathorne & als] Petition of John Hathorne & others that the County road leading from Widow Kings in Pittston to the North line of Dresden may not be discontinued — read and referred to Messrs Thatcher of Warren, Randall of Freedom & Means of Sedgwick.

[Report on subject of Canada Thistle] The committee to consider the expediency of providing by law for the destruction of the Canada Thistle reported a bill — The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.
