Committee which may be appointed for that purpose, that facts contained in the report of James Bridge and others appointed under a resolve of the Legislature to examine into the proceedings and situation of the said Hallowell and Augusta Bank and further to consider whether said Corporation have complied with the Rules, restrictions, limitations and performed the conditions contained in their act of Incorporation, at which time and place aforesaid, if they see fit they may have an opportunity to appear and be heard relating to the facts stated in said report, and any other facts which may there appear relating to the transactions of said Corporation and to show cause if it should then and there appear, that said Corporation have exceeded the rules, limitations of their Act of Incorporation, why the same shall not be repealed made void and forfeited pursuant to the fifth section contained in said Act.
