Met according to adjournment - Journal read -

[Bill - jurors]

Bill, in addition to an act regulating the selection, empannelling and service of Jurors, came again from the Senate - that body adhering to their amendments - The House also voted to adhere - and appointed Messrs [?] Williams to confer with such person as the Senate may appoint on the subject of the difference of the two Houses - The Senate gave information of the appointment of Mr Dennet on their part.

Petition of David Dunlap & als for a revision of the poor debtors law - was read & referred to Messrs Thatcher, Dunlap, & Fuller.

Petition of Seth Burnham & als of Kennebunk port to be incorporated by the name of the Trustees of the fund for the support of the Gospel in said town - was read and referred to Messrs Nowell, Eveleth, & Mitchell with such as the Senate may join.

[Resolve - Wilton]

Resolve, confirming the doings of the town of Wilton which passed this House 15th instant came from the Senate amended & in a new draft for concurrence & the House concurred.

[Bill - partition fences]

Bill, an additional act respecting partition fences was, read a third time & passed as in the new draft to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence -

[Report - Wm. Stinson & als]

Report on the petition of William Stinson & others for the removal of James M Rogers from the offices he holds referring the subject to the next Legislature, came down
