[Report on petition of Town of Avon &c] The committee on the petition of Zebulon York & others for licence to dispose of the ministerial & School lands in the town Avon — reported leave to bring in a bill. — The report accepted in the Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Report - prohibiting persons from holding offices under this State & U.S. &c &c] The committee appointed to consider the expediency of passing a law prohibiting any person who may hold an office under the Government of the U.S. from holding any office under this state (post offices excepted) reported leave to bring in a bill.
