[Bill - regulating elections &c] Message from the Senate by Mr Sewall their Secretary, Mr Speaker, The Senate have concurred the House in their amendments to the engrossed bill "in addition to an act regulating elections" and also in ordering to be reengrossed — and the Secretary withdrew.
[Resolve - compensation to Board of Jurisprudence] Resolve from the Senate for making compensation to the Board of Jurisprudence — was read a 1st & 2nd time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
[Resolve - laws to be furnished Joseph Story] Resolve from the Senate directing one set of the Laws to be furnished to the Hon. Joseph Story — was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Major General for 1st Division] Agreeably to assignment the House proceeded by ballot to the election of a Major General for the first Division of the Militia of this State — and on counting the ballots it appeared the whole number given in were 132 — necessary to
