[Report of Committee on Finance] The House resumed the consideration of the report of the committee on Finance when on motion the subject was ordered to be postponed until Mon-day next at 10' o'clock.

[Bill - - school lands in Guildford.] The committee to whom was referred the engrossed Bill "to authorize the sale of school lands in the town of Guildford— reported an amendment by striking out on the 3d page at A the word "full" & inserting the word "double" which was adopted — and the bill ordered to be reengrossed — and the Clerk was requested to acquaint the Senate therewith, and request their concurrence

[Senate concurred] Message from the Senate by Mr Sewall their Secretary Mr Speaker The Senate concur the House in their amendment of the engrossed Bill "to authorize the sale of School lands in the town of Guildford" and in ordering it to be re engrossed and the Secretary withdrew.

[Bill - regulating Elections] The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed - Bill in addition to an act regulating elections when on motion the word "negligently" was stricken out and the word "unnecessarily" inserted instead thereof — and the Clerk was requested by verbal message to acquaint therewith and request their concurrence.

[Senate concurred] Message from the Senate by Mr Sewall their Secretary. Mr Speakers, The Senate concur the House in their amendment of the engrossed Bill "in addition to an act regulating elections;" and the Secretary withdrew.
