[Pet. of William Bowman] Petition of William Bowman of Wiscasset for a new trial in a certain action — was read and referred to the committee on new Trials. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report on pet. of Northport] The committee on the petition of Northport to be reimbured certain expenses incurred in supporting a pauper reported leave to withdraw. The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Report on pet of Jn Jellerson] The committee on the petition of John Jellerson and others to be relieved in certain cases of Trespass from the penalty of the law — reported leave to withdraw. The report accepted in the Senate came down for concurrence — The House nonconcurred and ordered the subject to be recommitted to the committee who reported the same. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report - on pet. of Garland] The committee on so much of the Governors message as relates to the Militia, to whom was referred the petition of the Selectmen of Garland, reported leave to withdraw. The reported accepted in the Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.
