Resolve on the petition of Mary Merrill praying for leave to convey Real Estate. In Senate Jany 27th 1821 Read and passed. Sent down for concurrence. Read and concurred.

Bill, "incorporating the Town of Canton" came back from the Senate passed to be engrossed with amendments at A & B. - in which amendments this House concur and pass the Bill to be engrossed.

Committee on the petition of Alexander Foss and others - Report leave to bring in a Bill. In Senate Jany 27th 1821 Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence Read and concurred.
