[Report on pet. of Zechariah Bracket &c] The committee on the petition of Zechariah Bracket and others that a duty may be imposed on tin ware manufactured out of the State and brought here for sale — reported leave to withdraw — The report accepted in Senate, came down for concurrence & the House concurred.

[Bill - relief of Poor Debtors] Bill for the relief of poor debtors — was read a third time and passed to be engrossed — Sent up for concurrence.

[Pet. of Luther Fogg & als recommitted] An order of the Senate recommitting the petition of Luther Fogg & others to be set off from Monroe & annexed to Brooks, on which leave was given to withdraw 26 inst. — came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Committee — Wiscasset Bank] On motion, Ordered that Messrs Adams of Portland, Ingalls of Denmark & Moody of Kennebunk be a committee to consider the expediency of making further provision by law to enable the Corporation of the Wiscasset Bank to collect their debts and redeem their bills with leave to report by bill or otherwise — read and passed.
