[Bill - minis. lands in Dixfield & Mexico]

Bill authorizing the sale of ministerial & school lands in the towns of Dixfield & Mexico, which passed this House yesterday, came from the Senate emended at A.B.C & D for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[pet. Maine Baptist Missionary Society]

An order came from the Senate referring the petition of the Maine Baptist Missionary Society to be incorporated, to the Committee on the incorporation of towns. for concurrence - & the House concurred.

[Bill- Wm Binghams estate]

Bill for the relief of the estate of William Bingham deceased, was read a third time and passed with amendments to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Remonstrance of Wiscasset]

Remonstrance of the committee of Wiscasset against a division of the County of Lincoln, was read and referred to the committee on the petition of George Rogers & als on the same subject. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on bills in the third reading reported as duly engrossed - Bill - to annex part of the town of Monroe to the town of Brooks - to authorize the sale of the ministerial & school lands in the town of Anson - in addition to an act regulating the selection, empannelling & service of jurors - to incorporate the Trustees of Brunswick Academy - establishing a ministerial fund in the town of Temple - to incorporate Maine Lodge - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence -
