Thayers Company, was in the ..ction of Qucbec: I now inlisted again in Catp.. Forsburys Company/ of Albany/for nine months: (above the astrick is written) I was at the capture of [ ?] after the astrick in line with nine months. I served this time (letters missing) and I was regarlarly discharged in Albany: I then { letter missing] nlisted again for one year, in Capt.. Willim.. Albeys Company [?]... At this Regt.. Joined my Regt.. at Machias: At which (word covered up) I continued till my term of inlistment was out when I recieved a discharge: which is herewith inclosed.- I am now under reduced circumstances, and need the assistance of my Country for support.
