[Committee of Conference on Bill "for the relief of poor debtors" &c] conference on the difference of the two houses on the Bill "for the relief of poor debtors" and on their part have appointed Messrs Bond, Ripley & Seaver — and then the Secretary withdrew. The House concurred with the Senate in the appointment of a committee of conference and Mesr Leach of Vassalboro; Wilkins of New Charleston & Tucker of Bristol were selected on their part.

[Bill - sale of ministerial & school lands —] Bill "authorizing the Sale of Ministerial & School lands" — was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - ministerial & school funds of Andover.] Message from the Senate by Mr Sewall their Secretary. Mr Speaker The Senate have amended the engrossed Bill "to incorporate the Trustees of the Ministerial and School funds of Andover" at A by erasing the word "Joseph" and inserting the word "John" — and then the Secretary withdrew. The House concurred in the amendment & Clerk was ordered to acquaint the Senate therewith.
