[Report — partition fences] The committee appointed to enquire what alterations or amendments may be expedient in the law regulating partition fences — reported a bill — report accepted.

[Bill — partition fences] Bill entitled "an additional act respecting partition fences" — was read 1st & 2 time and tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Bill - admeast of Boards &c &c] Bill "in addition to an act for the admeasurement of Boards and regulating the tale of shingles, clapboards, Hoops, Stavse, and for other purposes" passed March 16 1821 was on motion referred to Messrs Dennet of Bowdoin Riggs of Georgetown and Hammond of Elliot.

[Committee - on allowance to Clerk for making up records &c] On motion of Mr Ames of Clinton, Ordered, that Messrs Burr of Litchfield, Ames of Clinton and Emery of Biddeford be a committee to enquire how long the Clerk will be necessarily employed after the Legislature shall rise in making up the records and filing the papers of the House, and how many days additional pay it is proper to instruct the Committee on the pay roll to make for him a compensation for those services — read and passed.

[Report - on papers respecting Anson Academy] The committee to whom was referred the papers relative to the establishment of an Academy at Anson in the County of Somerset — reported a bill — read & accepted.

[Bill - Portland Steam Boat Navigation Compy] Bill "to incorporate the Portland Steam Boat Navigation Company" being reported with a further amendment which was adopted — was read a third time and passed
