[Bill - relief of Poor Debtors] The Bill "for the relief of poor Debtors" which came from the Senate 6th inst in a new draft, was amended by striking out the 21st Sec - numbering the sections anew also striking out between A & B in the 4th Section - and between C & D in the 8th Section - and sent up to the Senate for their concurrence.

[Bill - Dexter Academy] The Bill "to establish the Dexter Academy" which passed this House 6th inst. came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for the concurrence of the House - and the House concurred.

[Resolve - to pay Moses Davis for certain services -] Resolve "to pay Moses Davis for certain services" was reported without amendment - Read twice and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

[Bills - enacted -] The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill entitled "an additional act respecting Bowdoin College"- -"to authorize the sale of the ministerial & school lands in the town of Lubec"- -"an addition act for the inspection of Fish" - - "to incorporate South Berwick Bank" - "in addition to an act to establish Courts of Sessions" - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

[Resolves - finally passed] The same committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve "for the settlement of the accounts of the late Treasurer of the Convention"= -"directing the Secretary of State to cause certain accounts to be printed"- -"respecting the Penobscot Indians"- -"granting four hundred dollars to build a bridge over Great Works Steam & for other purposes" -"respecting the Military Stores of the State"- which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
