Committee enlarged Mr Robbins is added to the Committee on the petitions of Westbrook and Falmouth.

Bills - enacted - Committee on engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed Bills "concerning Registers of Reeds" "for providing and regulating Prisons" "for determining the time and places for holding the C. C. C. Pleas in the County of York." "for the safekeeping of Records of the several Courts of Justice." "to cede to the United States the Jurisdiction of sites for light houses." which were severally passed to be enacted.

Bill - prevention of certain fish. Bill "for the preservation of certain fish" reported with amendments, one of which is adopted Read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Leave of absence Mr Chase of South Berwick has leave of absence, for the remainder of the Session.

Bill - poor - Bill "ascertaining what shall constitute the legal settlement: and providing for the relief and support: employment and removal of the Poor" is reported with several further amendments and the Bill passed to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.
