Met according to adjournment.

[Resolve - appointing certain persons to examine in recess certain accounts.]

Resolve appointing Messrs Bixby, Irish and Vose a Committee to sit in recess and examine and report to the Governor the Sheriffs, Coroners miscellaneous and Pauper accounts - came back from the Senate passed to be engrossed in a new draft for the concurrence of the House. The House now concur.

[Pay Roll of House]

Ordered that the Pay Roll of the House be recommitted to the committee who reported the same with instructions to add one days additional pay so as to include tomorrow. Read & passed.

[Committee - to wait on Governor & inform him the Legislature as ready to adjourn -]

Ordered that Messrs Foxcroft & Ripley with such as the House may join be a committee to wait on the Governor & inform him that the Legislature have passed on all the public business before them & have agreed to adjourn without day - and that the Committee enquire of the Governor whether he has any further communication to make at this time to the Legislature. In Senate March 21st 1821. Read and passed. Sent down for concurrence: Read and concurred and Messrs Tucker Moody & Hall are joined on the part of the House.

Adjourned to tomorrow morning at 8 oclock.
