Would it be helpful to use a pipe symbol (|) to indicate breaks in the items in the table? (See initial edit to first line of entry)?
Also I note that ditto marks are transcribed as full text, but in brackets. Is that the preferred protocol? This might be added to the tips page, or a tips page specific to tables (since they are both complex and commonly in need of transcription) might be developed. - BeeRenda
