[Com. on law relating to Assessors making returns to Treausurer of the State.] sideration the propriety of establishing by law, the day on or before which it shall be the duty of assessors to their certificates to the office of the Treasurer of this State with leave to report by bill or otherwise. Read and passed and sent down for concurrence came up concurred and the following persons were joined viz. Messrs. Thacher, Burgess and Beverage.
