[Order for adjournment sine die -] The Secretary was directed to communicate to the House the following order of the Senate viz. Ordered that when the Senate do adjourn they adjourn without day -

And a message was received from the House that when the House that when the House of Representatives adjourn they will adjourn without day in concurrence with the Senate.

[Last message of the Govr. with Title of Acts approved] The Secretary of State came in and informed the Senate that the Governor had approved of ninety three acts and of fifty nine resolves which were passed by the Legislature at the present session. The titles to the Acts were read by the Secretary as follows to wit - An Act to alter the name of Phillips Limerick Academy and for other purposes. An Act to annex the town of Harlem to the town of China - An Act to extend the time for building Rumford Bridge - An Act to incorporate the officers and members of the Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Maine - An Act to incorporate the Master, Wardens and Members of Amity Lodge - An Act to incorporate the Master, Wardens and members of the Waterville Lodge - An Act to incorporate the town of Dover - An Act giving the privileges of legitimacy to certain persons therein named - An Act to incorporate the Master, Wardens and Members of United Lodge - An Act to change the name of the town of Gerry - An Act to regulate the taking of Alewives at Nequassett Falls in the town of Woolwich - An Act providing for the further limitation of certain actions - and for other purposes - An Act to annex that part of lot numbered twenty nine, which lies on the Northwest corner of Starks, to the town of Industry -
