of the Commander in Chief of the 7th[superscript] inst[?] I have attended to the inspection of the Clothing & Equipment made for the 2d[superscript] Regt and would report as follows: The Overcoats, Frock Coats, Wollen Pants were uniformly well made of a good substantial Cloth.
