[Resolves passed.] Resolve in amendment of and in addition to a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, Towns, Plantations and classes on the first apportionment - Resolve to extend the time for making certain roads through the public lands - Resolve explanatory of a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several counties Towns & classes - Resolve relative to the conveyance of lands to Farmington Academy - Resolve in favour of James L. Child - Resolve authorizing Charles Green to convey certain real estate - and Resolve making valid the doings of the town of Hebron.

[Bill] The Bill reported by the engrossing Committee, entitled An Act in addition to an Act regulating Elections was on motion by Mr. O'Brien ordered to be committed to Messrs. O'Brien and Bond.

[Report on petition] Mr. O'Brien from the Committee on interior fisheries reported that Jesse Rowell and others have leave to bring in a Bill. Report read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.

[Resolve] Mr. Bond from the Committee to whom was referred the Governor's Message of the twenty first instant reported a Resolve in favour of John Neptune - which was read - and this afternoon at four o'clock assigned for a second reading, and committed to the Committee on Bills in the second reading.

[Report] Mr. O'Brien from the Committee to whom that subject was committed, reported that the report of the Committee of the House of
