Friday morning February 8. 1822 - [Resolves] The following Resolves were passed to be engrossed - to wit - Resolve confirming the doings of the town of Green - sent down for concurrence - Resolve to pay Moses Davis for certain services - in concurrence with the House - Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State, a amended - Sent down for concurrence - Mr. Tallman from the Committee to whom was referred that part of the Governor's message which relates to the claims of Massachusetts and of this State against the United States reported a Resolve relating to claims on the United States - which was read and committed to Messrs. Dennett and Bond - and being reported - was recommitted to Messrs. Seaver and O'Brien. Bill in addition to the Act respecting partition fences on second reading - rejected - Bill entitled ---- An Act to secure to owners their logs masts & timber read as taken into a new draft and passed to be engrossed - sent down for concurrence - Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the Bucksport Ministerial Fund came up from the House non Concurred in a reference thereof to the next legislature - read and the senate adhere to their former vote referring the same - Sent down Bill from the House to incorporate the town of Buxton came up for concurrence. Read and refused a second reading -

[resolve] Resolve authorizing the purchase of two hundred acres of land for the use of the Passamaquoddy Indians came up from the House for concurrence - Read and committed to Messrs. O'Brien and Tuttle and this afternoon at four o'clock assigned to second reading. -
