[188] [1822 Feb. 8.] Friday afternoon Feb. 8, 1822 -] On motion by Mr. Dennett - Ordered that the Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the Ministerial Fund in Raymond, which was refused a second reading - be taken from the files of the Senate and laid upon the table -

[Bills] The Bill was then committed to the Committee on Bills in the second reading who afterwards reported the same in a new draft and the Bill was read again and passed to be engrossed - Sent down for concurrence.

[Bill referred] The Bill in addition to an Act to establish the salaries of certain officers was read a second time and the further consideration thereof referred to the next Legislature - Sent down for concurrence

[petition referred] On motion by Mr. Bond the vote accepting the report of the Committee on the petition of David Buxton and others granting leave to withdraw was reconsidered - and the subject referred to the next legislature - Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.

[Resolves] The following Resolves were passed to be engrossed to wit - Resolve authorizing the purchase of two hundred acres of land for the use of the Passamaquoddy Indians - in concurrence with the House - Resolve respecting the claims of Massachusetts and Maine - Sent down for concurrence - Resolve authorizing the Treasurer of the State to receive the note of certain Banks in Payment of Taxes and debts due to the State - sent down for concurrence - Resolve on the pay roll of the House of Representatives - having been twice read Resolve making allowance for Clerk hire to the Secretary of State, Adjutant General and Treasurer - Sent down for concurrence - Resolve in favour of Griffin and Tappan reported by the Committee on that subject - sent down for concurrence -
