Wednesday morning Feb. 6, 1822 The following Bills wre read a second time and passed to be engrossed to wit - [Bills] Bill in addition to the Act establishing the fees of the several officers therein mentioned - sent down for concurrence - Bill for the relief of poor debtors as reported by the Committee in a new draft according to the amendments proposed by the Committee of Conference - sent down for concurrence - Bill additional to the Act respecting Bowdoin College - in concurrence with the House -

["] Bill entitled An Act to incorporate the Portland Steam Boat Navigation Company - passed to be engrossed in the House came up for concurrence - Read and this afternoon at three o'clock assigned for a second reading and committed to the Committee on Bills in the second reading -

["] Bill to incorporate the Brunswick Academy passed to be engrossed in the House came up of concurrence - Read and with amendments adopted referred to the next Legislature, Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred -

["] Bill to secure to owners their property in Logs, Masts, and other timber in the Brunswick narrows in Merrymeeting Bay &c. - read and committed to the Committee on Bills in the second reading - and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading - Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the Bucksport Ministerial fund read a second time and committed to the Committee on Ministerial and Parish lands &c.

[Resolve] Resolve for the settlement of the accounts of the late Treasurer of the Convention was read twice and passed to be engrossed - Sent down for concurrence.
