Committee to whom was referred the Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Towns for the purpose of revision as to phraseology - Report the same without amendment. Report read and accepted.

Committee on engrossed bills, report as duly engrossed Bills

"to alter the times of holding the Supreme Judicial Court & Circuit Court of Common Pleas in the County of Cumberland" "respecting Executors, Administrators and Guardians and the conveyance of Real Estate in certain cases." "repealing certain acts therein named" which were passed to be enacted.

[Treasurer to pay certain Accts in five days after rising of the Legislature -]

Ordered that the Treasurer of this State be directed to pay the sums allowed on the several Rolls of accounts five days after the rising of the Legislature excepting in cases otherwise provided for. Read and passed. Sent up for concurrence.
