D Sir,
I rec'd your dispatch requesting me to bring the Bangor regiment [?] troops to Ken Millers tomorrow morning at 8:30 PM on Saturday - too late to reply that night - I informed Mr. Miller yesterday who called with the same request, that I should be ready at 8:10 AM tomorrow with a train for that purpose - Knowing the liability to detention in starting so large a body of men it is not likely we shall arrive at Ken Millers much if any before 11 AM
