Jan. 11] [Leave to bring in Bills] The same Committee also reported that leave to bring in bills be granted on the following petitions referred to said Committee – to wit – on the Petition of Oliver Sewall and others, " of Selectmen of Sullivan, " of William R. Ware & others, " of William Simpson & others, and " of George Brimmer & others which reports were severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence – Came up concurred.

[Report on Washington City memorial] Mr. Bradbury from the Committee to whom was committed the President's message together with a memorial from the City of Washington, reported that it was inexpedient to grant the petition of the memorialists and that they have leave to withdraw. Read and accepted – sent down for concurrence – came up concurred.

[Pet. of Joseph Moody & als.] This Petition of Joseph Moody and others for a division of the county of Lincoln committed in the House to the committee who have under consideration the petition of George Rogers and others on the same subject, came up for concurrence. Read & committed to the same committee in concurrence.

[Pet. of Inht. of Eastport] The Petition of Inhabitants of Eastport praying for leave to sell lands reserved for use of schools & the ministry – committed in the House to the Committee on Parishes, ministerial & school lands etc. came up for concurrence – Read and committed to the same Committee in concurrence with the House.

[Resolve] Resolve for the relief of Timothy Wolcott passed to be engrossed in the House came up for concurrence – Read – and tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a second reading.
