Petition of James Pomroy for increase of pension Petition of Joseph Emery 3d for aid in consequence of damage done his horse on muster parade, & Petition of Reuel Weston for a Pension, referred in the House to the Committee on Applications from sick and wounded soldiers, came up for concurrence, were read and concurred.

[Messages] On motion of Mr. Holland, Ordered that a Message be sent to the House proposing a Convention of the two Houses at 11 Oclock this day for the purpose of qualifying Elias Stowell Esq. a Councillor elect, for the current year. A message was then received from the House concurring with the Senate in the foregoing proposition.
