To all persons to whom these presents shall come,
Greeting:

Whereas, before our Supreme Judicial court begun and holden at York, within and for our County of York, on the last Tuesday of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four, Nathaniel Parsons, of New York, in our said County of York Yeoman, was convicted of the Crimes of having in possession and passing false, forged and counterfeit silver Corn; and also of having in his Custody and possessiontools and instruments for making such false, forged and counterfeit Coin; and thereupon by our said Court was sentenced on two Indictments, to be punished by solitary imprisonment for the term of six months, within our State Prison, in Thomaston; a part of which sentence yet remains to be executed; and the said Nathaniel Parsons, has humbly supplicated Us for mercy:
Now Know Ye, that upon full consideration of the premises, We do hereby remit to him the said Nathaniel Parsons that part of the punishment aforesaid that may remain to be executed, after the second day of December next; of which all our Judges, Justices, Magistrates, and officers of every denomination are to take notice.
