& have not much control over the Soldiers. They are perfectly green, never had any Military experience & the drilling they get here is not worth one cent. The Soldiers are very impatient & say if they can not go they want to be disbanded so they can go somewhere else & enlist. We have got a good Company & will make good Soldiers but they must be drilled Governor, if possible. I hope you will order them in to camp immediately.
